Research on technology integration and optimization of ultra-low energy public buildings in hot summer and warm winter zone —Taking a project in Zhangzhou, Fujian Province as an example

Promoting the construction of ultra-low energy public buildings is of great significance in reducing building energy consumption, alleviating energy burden, and environmental protection. This paper takes a project in Zhangzhou, Fujian Province as an example, aiming to analyse the impact of climate on the energy consumption of public buildings in hot summer and warm winter zone. By comparing different energy-saving standards, it explores ultra-low energy public building technologies that are suitable for the characteristics of the region, including the optimization selection of heat transfer coefficients for enclosure structures, the application of natural ventilation strategies, and the selection of air tightness. The results show that after optimizing the technical measures, the energy consumption per unit area of the designed building (including photovoltaic power generation) has decreased, resulting in a building comprehensive energy-saving rate of 51.48%, and the energy consumption per unit area (excluding photovoltaic power generation) has decreased by 24.76%, which is the energy-saving rate of the building itself. The research provides guidance and technical support for the design of ultra-low energy public buildings in this region, accelerating the promotion and application of ultra-low energy consumption technology in hot summer and warm winter zone, which is conducive to promoting the development and progress of energy conservation and carbon reduction in public buildings in the region, and providing theoretical reference for the formulation of more scientific and reasonable building energy-saving standards.
